The Social Housing Project is located in Cầu Rào 2 Urban Area, Vĩnh Niệm Ward, Lê Chân District, Hải Phòng City, and is being developed by TTD HOPE Housing Development Company Limited.

The project is being developed on a 7.31-hectare site and comprises four 15-storey apartment buildings, with a total gross construction floor area of approximately 153,616.5 m². Upon completion, the project will provide approximately 1,880 social housing apartments and 68 shophouse units.

According to the project schedule, construction of the CT3 and CT4 towers commenced on 9 July 2026, with completion expected in 2028.
