Groundbreaking of M1 Tower under the Social Housing Project in Tran Phu Ward, Ha Tinh Province

The Social Housing Project in Tran Phu Ward, Ha Tinh Province is being developed by Phuc Dat Group, with a total investment of more than VND 2.381 trillion (approximately USD 91 million).

The project is being developed on a site of approximately 6.2 hectares and comprises six 15-story buildings, including five social housing buildings and one commercial housing building, providing approximately 1,793 apartments. Of these, 1,520 are social housing units and 273 are commercial apartments, accommodating approximately 6,000–7,000 residents.

The M1 Tower broke ground on August 11, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
