The MIDORI PARK The TEN II Project is located in MIDORI PARK Urban Area, Binh Duong New City (north of Ho Chi Minh City), and is developed by Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd.

The project is being implemented on a site area of approximately 10,800 m², comprising one 14-storey building, providing about 374 high-end apartments. It is oriented toward a “Wellness – holistic health” concept, using environmentally friendly materials, optimizing living space design, and integrating various amenities.

The project was groundbroken on March 19, 2026, and is expected to be completed and handed over in 2028.
