The Nam Mekong Grand Plaza Project is located at Lot A4 – A1 Roundabout, Binh Duong New City, and is developed by Nam Mekong Group (Mekong Group/VC3) with a total investment of approximately VND 4,000 billion (USD 160 million).

The project is developed on a site area of approximately 1.3 hectares, comprising two towers of around 30 storeys and 3 basement levels, providing approximately 1,622 apartments and shophouses, with a total gross floor area of over 150,000 m².

The project commenced construction on April 22, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2027.
