The QP Green Park project (also known as Quang Phuc 3 Residential Area) is located on DT742 Road, Binh My commune (formerly Binh My commune, Bac Tan Uyen district), Binh Duong province, developed by QP Group through its development unit: QP Xanh Investment Joint Stock Company, as the Investor.

The project is implemented on a land area of 13.7 hectares, including 568 adjacent townhouses and 68 shophouses (land plots, delivered in raw or finished condition). The residential area also includes nearly 1 hectare dedicated to a central park, landscape lake, and outdoor community activity areas.

The project held a groundbreaking ceremony on October 1, 2025, and is expected to be handed over in December 2027.
