The high-end apartment project Saigon Lighthouse is located at 448 Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is developed by MHL Investment Joint Stock Company (a member of IMG Group), with a total investment of approximately VND 4,000 billion (USD 160 million).

The project consists of one 38-story tower with 4 basement levels, along with a 6-story townhouse/shophouse block. It will offer luxury apartments and commercial–service spaces, featuring direct views of the Saigon River, Thu Thiem urban area, and Bach Dang Wharf, with a total gross floor area of approximately 50,000 square meters.

Construction is expected to commence in early Q2 2026, while the completion timeline has not yet been announced.
