The Social Housing Project within the Cao Ngan Residential Development is located in Linh Son Ward, Thai Nguyen City (now Thai Nguyen Province). The project is jointly developed by VFS Joint Stock Company and An Huy Investment Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of more than VND 2.116 trillion (approximately USD 81 million).

The project is being developed on a site of nearly 45,000 m² (4.5 hectares) and comprises seven 15-storey apartment buildings, providing approximately 1,960 social housing units and 50 commercial housing units.

Construction officially commenced on 29 June 2026. The project completion date has not yet been announced.
