The Nha Trang Mixed-Use Urban Area (Sun Porta Town), located in Vinh Thai Commune and Phuoc Long Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province, covers a total area of approximately 226–227 hectares. The project is jointly developed by a consortium comprising Ha Long Sun Co., Ltd. and Asean Ha Long Tourism JSC — both subsidiaries of Sun Group.

Development components include:

• Around 4,200 commercial housing units.
• 1,500 social housing apartments (condominiums) built on a land area of about 9 hectares.
• Complementary facilities such as tourism and hospitality services (available for purchase, rent, or lease-to-own), a theme park, as well as social and technical infrastructure including schools, shopping centers, cultural houses, and museums.

The project officially broke ground on August 19, 2025, with an expected implementation timeline of six years.
