The Sunshine Bay Retreat Project (Ocean Tourism Complex) is located on 3/2 Street, Phuoc Thang Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, with Sunshine Group as the developer.

The project is being developed on a land area of approximately 19.6 hectares, comprising 15 buildings ranging from 12 to 45 above-ground floors, divided into two main subdivisions:

• Horizon Subdivision: includes one 36-storey tower and six 12-storey buildings;
• Eden Subdivision: includes eight 45-storey resort apartment towers.

The project will provide approximately 6,000 resort real estate units, including tourism apartments, condotels, villas, and hotels, with a total gross floor area of about 800,000 m².

Construction of the project commenced on March 3, 2026, and is expected to be completed around 2030.
