The ThaiBinh Seed High-Quality Rice Processing Plant is located in Le Xa Village, Quynh Phu Commune, Hung Yen Province, developed by ThaiBinh Seed Group JSC as the Investor, with a total investment of VND 1,000 billion (approximately USD 40 million).

The project is developed on a site area of approximately 10 hectares, comprising a modern rice processing plant, warehouses, and auxiliary facilities. It is designed based on an automated and closed-loop model, with a design capacity of 50,000 tons per year (Phase 1) and an expansion to approximately 120 tons per hour upon full completion of Phase 2, with a total constructed floor area of approximately 5,000 m².

The project was groundbroken on April 18, 2026, and will be implemented in two phases. Phase 1 includes a drying system with five drying towers with a capacity of 30 tons per tower per batch; a silo system imported from Spain applying cold storage technology with a capacity of 6,000 tons; a Japanese-imported milling line with a capacity of 50,000 tons per year; and warehouse and shelter facilities covering 5,000 m². Phase 2 will further complete additional processing and technical infrastructure components, increasing total capacity to approximately 120 tons per hour.
