The AEON Phu Ly Shopping Mall Project is located in Phu Ly Ward, Ninh Binh Province, and is developed by AEON Vietnam Co., Ltd., with a total investment of approximately VND 940 billion (USD 36 million).
The project is developed on a site of more than 1.38 hectares, comprising a main commercial building and supporting facilities, with a total gross floor area of approximately 26,234 m². The development will provide shopping, dining, entertainment and leisure facilities. The shopping mall will also include parking facilities with a capacity of nearly 300 cars and 1,400 motorcycles.
The project officially broke ground on August 8, 2026, and is expected to be completed and open in August 2027.
