The AIDC DeCenter – AI Data Center, located in the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park and developed by IPTP Networks Group, has been confirmed as one of the first “AI-ready” data centers in Vietnam.

The project spans a land area of approximately 10,000 m² with a total investment of USD 200 million. Phase 1, with an investment of USD 20 million, is scheduled to break ground in Q1/2026 and commence operations in Q4/2027.

As a strategic digital infrastructure project, AIDC DeCenter will lay the foundation for an ecosystem of AI, data, and cloud computing in Da Nang. Once completed, it will become Vietnam’s first technical infrastructure meeting international standards for large-scale AI and blockchain technologies.
