The Apec Golden Palace Lang Son Project is located at No. 85 Le Dai Hanh Street, Dong Kinh Ward, Lang Son City, and is developed by Asia-Pacific Investment Joint Stock Company (APEC Group) as the Investor, with a total investment of approximately VND 800 billion.

The project is implemented on a land area of over 5,700 m², comprising a 30-storey building, providing approximately 540 apartments.

The project was groundbroken on March 26, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2027.
