The Aria Bay Hạ Long Project is located on Peninsula 3, Halong Marina Urban Area, Bãi Cháy Ward, Hạ Long City, Quảng Ninh Province, and is developed by BIM Group as the Project Developer.

The project is being developed on a site of approximately 19,600 m², comprising two 41-storey residential towers with two basement levels, providing more than 2,300 residential units. The project has a total gross floor area of approximately 253,933 m². It forms part of the Marina Bayfront District, a large-scale master-planned waterfront development envisioned as an integrated residential, commercial, hospitality, and entertainment destination along Hạ Long Bay.

The project officially broke ground on 23 June 2026, while the expected completion date has not yet been announced.
