The B-One Lumi Social Housing Project is located on To Huu Street, Tan Uyen Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by Bcons Group.

The project is being developed on a site area of approximately 6,667 m² within the Bcons City Life Urban Area. It comprises two residential towers, each with 15 above-ground floors and one basement level, providing a total of 802 social housing apartments. The project is the first development under Bcons’ B-One social housing brand.

Construction of the project officially commenced on 19 June 2026, together with the B.School educational facility, and is scheduled for completion in 2028.
