The Bai Truong Riverside Villas Project, a luxury resort villa development located along Bai Truong Beach, DT 975 Road, Duong To Commune, Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang Province, is developed by Nam Dao Bac Bai Truong Co., Ltd.

The project is planned on a total land area of 199,490 square meters, of which: 75,666 m² is designated for commercial–service areas, hotels, and villas, 85,973 m² for green spaces and water landscapes, 37,016 m² for traffic infrastructure, and 835 m² for technical infrastructure.

The project includes 73 hotel units and 89 resort villas, each with a land area ranging from 220 m² to 420 m². Phase 1 of the project officially commenced on October 26, 2025, and the expected completion date has not yet been announced.
