The Cheng Loong Ninh Bình Packaging Plant Project is located in Mỹ Thuận Industrial Park, Ninh Bình Province, and is developed by Cheng Loong Ninh Bình Co., Ltd. as the Project Developer.

The project is being developed on a site of approximately 8 hectares, comprising carton packaging production facilities, warehouses, an administrative building, supporting facilities, and integrated technical infrastructure. The plant is designed to manufacture industrial packaging products for the electronics, mechanical engineering, industrial equipment, consumer goods, and export sectors, while strengthening Cheng Loong’s production and supply capacity in Vietnam and Northern Vietnam.

The project officially broke ground on 23 June 2026, while the expected completion date has not yet been announced.
