The Collection 688 Project is located on Binh Duong Boulevard, Thuan Giao Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, developed by DICERA Holdings JSC as the Investor, with a total investment of approximately VND 1,880 billion (~USD 74 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of 6,138.6 m², with one building block consisting of 39 above-ground floors (no basement announced), providing 688 units including 549 condominium apartments, 133 serviced apartments, and 6 shophouses, with a total gross floor area of more than 60,000 m².

The project was launched on August 26, 2206, and is expected to be completed in Q1/2029.
