The EcoPalace Buon Ma Thuot Commercial Center – Hotel – Residential Complex Project is located at No. 02 Mai Hac De Street, Tan Thanh Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province. The project is invested by Ecopark Hai Duong Investment Joint Stock Company, with a total investment capital of over VND 2,400 billion (approximately USD 89 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of 42,645 square meters, with a development scale including:

• The mixed-use complex, comprising two buildings (a 35-storey residential apartment tower and a 25-storey commercial–service and hotel tower), which broke ground on March 1, 2025.
• The low-rise residential area (122 units) and social housing component, consisting of two 5-storey buildings providing 158 apartments, which broke ground on December 31, 2025.

The project is expected to be fully completed in 2028.
