The Green Bay Tech Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Project is located in Yen Tu Ward and Uong Bi Ward, Quang Ninh Province, with Green Bay Tech Industrial Park Co., Ltd. as the investor, with a total investment of approximately VND 5.7 trillion (~USD 216 million).

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 435 hectares and is planned as a modern, integrated, high-tech and environmentally friendly industrial park. The industrial park will selectively attract projects utilizing advanced technologies, generating high added value, making efficient use of resources, and promoting sustainable development, particularly in high-tech industries, supporting industries, green energy, and logistics.

The project officially broke ground on August 27, 2026. The project completion date has not yet been officially announced.
