The Gremsy Factory Project is located in the Saigon Hi-Tech Park (SHTP), Ho Chi Minh City, and is invested by Gremsy Joint Stock Company with a total investment of VND 550 billion.

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 25,700 m², comprising a Production Building, an R&D Center, and an Innovation Hub. Upon completion, the factory will have a capacity of about 14,000 products per year and is announced to meet the LEED Gold standard.

The project commenced on November 25, 2025, and is expected to be completed and put into operation in Q3/2027.
