The Hai Lang Energy Pellet Manufacturing Plant Project – Phase 1 is located at Hai Chanh Industrial Cluster, Nam Hai Lang Commune, Quang Tri Province, and is invested by Hai Lang Green Energy Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of VND 186 billion.

The project is developed on a land area of 30,000 square meters. Its main products are wood pellets (biomass fuel) and by-products, with a designed capacity of approximately 90,000 tons per year. The project aims to produce environmentally friendly biofuel for export, especially to the Japanese market.

The project broke ground on December 10, 2025, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
