The High-Rise Commercial Services & Hotel Project is located at 223–225 Tran Phu Street, Phuoc Ninh Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City, with Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp. (PDR) serving as the Project Investor. The project has a total investment of approximately VND 2.933 trillion (equivalent to approximately USD 120 million).

The project is developed on a land area of 2,734.9 m², comprising one 30-story tower with 2–3 basement levels, providing more than 300 upscale hotel rooms, together with commercial and service facilities and serviced apartments.

The project officially broke ground on September 16, 2026, and is expected to be completed and put into operation during the 2029–2030 period.
