The Housing Project for Military Forces is located on land parcel HHO-35 in Nam Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province. The project is developed by KVG Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Company with a total investment of approximately VND 4,960 billion (USD 190 million).

The project is being developed on a site area of 21,487.8 m² and comprises five high-rise residential towers, each with 34 above-ground floors and one basement level. Upon completion, the project will provide approximately 2,776 apartment units, including 2,221 units designated for military personnel and their families and 555 commercial apartments. The total gross floor area is approximately 318,520 m², of which the basement area accounts for approximately 18,861 m².

The project officially broke ground on 19 June 2026 and is scheduled for completion and operation in 2028.
