The Housing Project for the People’s Public Security Forces is located in Tan Hung Commune, Hung Yen Province, under the management of the Ministry of Public Security, with a total investment of more than VND 2.252 trillion (approximately USD 86 million).

The project is being developed on a site area of approximately 51,135 m², providing 1,406 residential units, including 1,332 social housing units and 74 commercial housing units. The project is planned with comprehensive technical infrastructure, including internal roads, power and water supply, lighting, telecommunications, stormwater drainage, wastewater collection and treatment systems, as well as amenities such as green spaces, water features, a kindergarten, and essential service facilities, meeting the long-term housing needs of officers and personnel of the People’s Public Security Forces.

The project officially broke ground on August 2, 2026, and is scheduled for completion in Q3 2028.
