The Housing Project for the People’s Public Security Forces in Viet Hung Ward, commercially known as Lumi River, is located on Nam Duong Street, Viet Hung Ward, Hanoi, and is developed by Capital Hanoi Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 1,693 billion (approximately USD 66 million).

The project is being developed on a site of approximately 15,166.6 m², comprising three buildings, including 18 above-ground floors and no basement levels. The development consists of two social housing buildings for People’s Public Security forces and one commercial residential building, providing a total of 838 apartments, with a total gross floor area of approximately 110,000 m². Located along the Duong River, the project will feature above-ground parking facilities as well as a range of on-site amenities and services for residents.

The project officially broke ground on August 10, 2026, and is expected to be completed in Q4 2028.
