The IKI Village Project is a high-end residential development and the first apartment complex in Ho Chi Minh City to integrate private garden apartments. The project is located on the extended Lo Lu Road frontage, near Ring Road 3, in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by An Khai Hung Investment Joint Stock Company.

The project is implemented on a land area of 48,574 m², providing 424 garden apartments, with a total gross floor area of approximately 150,000 m².

The project is scheduled to commence in early 2026 and is expected to be completed in 2028.
