The Imperia Sensa Park Project is located on Vo Chi Cong Street, with access from Lien Phuong Street, Phuoc Long Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by MIK Group as the Project Owner.

The project is being developed on a site of approximately 5 hectares, comprising two 25-storey residential towers, providing 922 luxury apartments, along with 96 low-rise units, including townhouses and villas, with a site coverage ratio of approximately 27%. The project is planned as an integrated mixed-use urban development featuring a comprehensive range of amenities, including an internal park, riverside promenades, children’s playgrounds, community spaces, and landscaped areas along the Rach Chiec River.

The project broke ground on August 6, 2026, and is expected to be completed in Q4 2028.
