The Imperia Sky Park Project is located at Lot HH3, Nam An Khanh New Urban Area, Hanoi, and is developed by Nam An Khanh Housing Development Company Limited as the Project Investor.

The project covers an area of more than 4 hectares and comprises six high-end residential towers, offering more than 3,000 apartments. Among them, Towers R4 and R5 are each 31 stories high, comprising three floors of commercial and service space and 28 residential floors. Together, the two towers provide 814 apartments, with a total gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 84,500 sq m.

Construction of Towers R4 and R5 officially commenced on August 20, 2026. The construction period is expected to last 17 months, with completion scheduled for January 2028.
