The J&T Express Logistics Center Project is located at SLP Park Nam Thuan, Nam Thuan Industrial Park, Tay Ninh Province. The project is being developed by SLP Vietnam (SEA Logistic Partners Vietnam) under a Built-to-Suit (BTS) model exclusively for J&T Express Vietnam. The total investment has not yet been disclosed.

The project is being developed on a site area of more than 60,000 m² and comprises an automated parcel sorting center integrated with advanced conveyor and sorting systems. The facility is designed to process and distribute millions of parcels per day, significantly enhancing logistics capacity and optimizing J&T Express Vietnam’s operational network across Southern Vietnam.

The project broke ground on July 30, 2026, and is scheduled for completion and commencement of operations in 2027.
