The Khóm 5 Urban Area project is located in An Xuyên Ward, Cà Mau City — a prime location with convenient connectivity. The project covers a land area of nearly 23 hectares.

Khóm 5 Urban Area is expected to provide 1,307 units, including:

• 5 hectares of low-rise housing for residential and commercial-service purposes
• 5 hectares of high-rise development with five 10-storey towers and two 15-storey towers
• 4 hectares allocated for education, healthcare, and service facilities
• 9 hectares for technical infrastructure and transportation

The project’s design is inspired by the heritage town of Palmanova, Italy, emphasizing precision, harmony, and attention to detail, while creating a safe, private living environment enriched with diverse amenities for residents.

With its scale and vision, Khóm 5 Urban Area is regarded as a landmark project of Cà Mau Province, and is also among the national key projects officially launched on August 19, 2025, in celebration of the 80th Anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day.
