The LENS Accommodation Facility Project is located at Lot CC6, Quang Chau Industrial Park, Nenh Ward, Bac Ninh Province, and is developed by Lens Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. The project has a total investment of nearly VND 1.177 trillion (approximately USD 45 million).

The project is being developed on a site of more than 16,200 m² and comprises one 18-storey building with one basement level, providing a total gross floor area of over 94,000 m². Upon completion, it will offer 1,627 high-quality accommodation units for employees and expatriate professionals. The development also includes a comprehensive range of supporting amenities, such as a cafeteria, 20 convenience stores, and retail outlets supplying daily necessities, creating a modern and well-equipped living environment within the industrial park.

The project officially broke ground on 29 June 2026 and is scheduled for completion and operation in Q2 2028.
