The Lynn Times Duyen Hai Commercial and Hospitality Complex Project (commercial name: Lynn Times Onsen Retreat Hung Yen) is located in Dien Ha Commune, Hung Yen Province, and is invested in by Onsen Retreat Hung Yen Hot Mineral Joint Stock Company.

The project is a hot mineral resort complex combined with hospitality services and high-end tourism, developed on a land area of 49.4 hectares. It has an expected scale of more than 3,000 products, including 700 Thera Home therapeutic apartments, along with commercial, service, accommodation, and hot mineral resort facilities.

The project broke ground on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
