The Machino Phu Xuan Social Housing Project is located in Tran Hung Dao Ward and Thai Binh Ward, Hung Yen City, Hung Yen Province, and is invested in by Machino Phu Xuan Company Limited, with a total investment of VND 389 billion.

The project is developed on a land area of 4,634 m², comprising two buildings with 15 above-ground floors, and will provide 312 social housing units.

The project broke ground on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2027.
