The Mass City Thai Nguyen Social Housing Project – Cau Truc Urban Area is located in Bach Quang Ward, Thai Nguyen Province, and is developed by Dai Chung Housing Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor, with a total investment of over VND 2.4 trillion (approximately USD 92 million).

The project is developed on a site of more than 19,000 m² and comprises five 22-storey residential towers, including four social housing towers and one commercial residential tower. Upon completion, the project will provide more than 2,100 apartments, including over 1,700 social housing units and 420 commercial apartments. The development also features integrated technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, and public amenities, providing quality housing for more than 6,000 residents.

The project officially broke ground on 4 July 2026 and is scheduled for completion and handover in Q4 2029.
