The Medical – Education – High-Rise Residential Complex Project is located at Lot B3, Nam Tran Thi Ly Urban Area, No. 2 Phan Hanh Son Street, Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang City. Developed by Thinh Khang An One Member Co., Ltd., the project has a total investment of approximately VND 1.118 trillion (around USD 43 million).

The project is being developed on a 21,311 m² site and comprises a 6-storey teaching hospital, a 6-storey medical accommodation building with 130 guest rooms, a 6-storey education and training center, and two 29-storey high-rise residential towers providing 640 apartments on a residential land area of approximately 9,000 m². The development has a building coverage ratio of 40% and is designed to establish an integrated ecosystem for healthcare, education, scientific research, innovation, and high-quality accommodation as part of Duy Tan University’s Medical Tourism Ecosystem.

The project broke ground on July 29, 2026, will be developed in three phases, and is scheduled for completion in 2028.
