The Mixed-Use Office, Commercial Services and Residential Building is located at 149 Truong Chinh Street, Phuong Liet Ward, Hanoi, and is developed by a joint venture between Petrolimex Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company and Trang An Urban and Commercial Joint Stock Company.

The project is developed on a site area of 2,604.6 m², comprising one 32-storey mixed-use building with three basement levels, providing office, commercial service and residential spaces, with a total gross floor area of approximately 45,800 m², including nearly 39,000 m² of above-ground floor area and approximately 6,800 m² of basement floor area. The project is envisioned as a modern multifunctional complex, contributing to the improvement of the urban landscape and the quality of living spaces in central Hanoi.

The project broke ground on August 4, 2026, with the completion date yet to be announced.
