The Mixed-Use Residential and Commercial Complex Project at Land Plot HHO-B1.8 (The Bayside) is located at Polygon 4, Hung Thang Service Urban Area, Bai Chay Ward, Quang Ninh Province. The project is developed by Phuoc Long Real Estate Investment and Business Co., Ltd. as the investor, with MIK Group serving as the project developer.

The project is being developed on a site area of 19,890.62 m² and comprises four towers, each rising 30 above-ground floors, together with three basement levels and one rooftop technical floor. Upon completion, the development will provide more than 1,990 accommodation units, approximately 76 shophouses, and commercial-service spaces within the podium. The total gross floor area, including the basement levels, is approximately 246,659.55 m².

Construction of the project commenced in Q2 2026, and the development is scheduled for completion and operation in 2028.
