The Linh Nam Multi-Purpose Urban Area and Resettlement Urban Area Projects are located in Linh Nam Ward, Hanoi, and are being developed by Song Hong Future Group and the Joint Venture of Dai Quang Minh – THACO – Hoa Phat, with a total investment of approximately VND 223,809 billion (approximately USD 8.7 billion).
The projects are being developed on a total area of approximately 267.5 hectares, comprising the 169.5-hectare Multi-Purpose Urban Area and the 98-hectare Resettlement Urban Area, which are planned as adjacent developments and interconnected through major transport corridors, including the Red River Boulevard, central axis road and riverside road. The overall development will include residential buildings, high-rise resettlement housing, synchronized technical and social infrastructure, educational, healthcare, cultural and sports facilities, commercial and urban services, as well as approximately 930,000 m² of flood-adaptive parks and thematic parks and riverside landscape spaces.
The projects officially broke ground on August 11, 2026, with the Resettlement Urban Area expected to be completed in Q4 2029, while the Multi-Purpose Urban Area is expected to be completed in Q4 2030.
