The Multi-Purpose Urban Area Project is located at the southern gateway of Hanoi, developed by Vinhomes JSC as the Investor, with a total investment of approximately VND 111,137 billion (~USD 4.25 billion).

The project is implemented on a land area of more than 600 hectares, developing a multi-functional urban area with resettlement housing, social housing, and commercial housing, along with a synchronized system of technical and social infrastructure, including educational, medical, commercial, service, cultural, sports facilities, and urban amenities. Upon completion, the project is expected to meet the housing needs of more than 105,000 residents.

The project officially commenced on August 28, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2030.
