The Nghia Tru Model Socialist High School Project is located in Nghia Tru Commune, Hung Yen Province, and is implemented by the People’s Committee of Hung Yen Province, with Deo Ca Group participating in the project’s development and construction. The project has a preliminary total investment of approximately VND 500 billion (approximately USD 19 million).
The project is developed on a site of approximately 6.9 hectares, with an estimated total gross floor area of approximately 26,000 m² and a construction density of 15–20%. The school will comprise 30 classes, accommodating approximately 1,350 students. The remaining area will be allocated to green spaces, sports grounds, a plaza, internal roads and outdoor recreational spaces.
The project officially broke ground on August 10, 2026, and is expected to be completed and put into operation from the 2027–2028 academic year.
