The Palm City (Tropic Tower) Project is located in Long Truong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, developed by Cuu Long Real Estate Investment and Development Co., Ltd. as the Investor.

The project comprises two 14-story towers, providing approximately 250 units, with a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of approximately 30,795 m². The project is a high-rise residential component of Tropic Riverside, featuring amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, sports facilities, BBQ area, children’s playground, riverside park, and walking paths.

The project officially broke ground on August 22, 2026, and is expected to be handed over in Q3 2027.
