The Palm River Project is located in Binh Trung Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by Nam Rach Chiec Co., Ltd. as the project owner, with Huong Viet Properties serving as the development partner.

The project is part of the 30.2-hectare Palm City township and represents the first high-rise residential subdivision within the development. It will comprise approximately 600 apartment units, offering a diverse range of layouts with sizes from 34.86 m² to over 300 m².

The project is scheduled to break ground on 16 June 2026 and is expected to be developed over the period 2026–2029.
