The The Parkland Project is located in Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 & 3 (Ocean City), Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province. The project is developed by MIK Group Vietnam Joint Stock Company.

The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 336,800 m², with a scale comprising nine high-rise residential buildings of 35 above-ground floors, providing around 5,600 high-end apartments.

The project held its groundbreaking ceremony on January 12, 2026, and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2028.
