The Phase 2 Coffee Processing Plant Expansion Project is located in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Bình Dương Province), and is developed by Tata Coffee Vietnam Co., Ltd. as the Project Developer.

The project is designed to expand Tata Coffee Vietnam’s coffee processing and manufacturing capacity, with a total gross floor area of more than 46,000 m². The development comprises production facilities, warehouses, technical utility buildings, administrative offices, and supporting infrastructure for coffee processing operations. The project is being developed in accordance with green building standards, targeting LEED Gold certification.

The project officially broke ground on 17 June 2026 and is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2027.
