The Phu Duc Steel Structure, Purlin, and Pipe Manufacturing Plant Project is located in the Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park, Hai Phong City, and is developed by Phu Duc Hai Phong Co., Ltd. with a total investment of approximately VND 265 billion.

The project is designed with a production capacity of 3,000–5,000 tons of products per month and aims to meet the growing demand for high-quality steel structures and industrial materials in the region.

Construction officially commenced on October 29, 2025, and the project is expected to be completed in 2026.
