The Phu Xuan Residential Area Social Housing Project is located in Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hung Yen City, Hung Yen Province. The project is developed by Damsan Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately 680 billion VND.

The project is implemented on a land area of 1.3 hectares, consisting of two 15-storey towers with 1 basement level, providing 546 social housing apartments and 36 commercial–service apartments, with a total gross floor area of 58,000 m².

The project officially commenced on November 8, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2027.
