The Project for Investment, Renovation, and Enhancement of West Lake Area and Scenic Lakeside Traffic Route is located in the West Lake area, Hanoi, developed by Sun Group as the Investor, with a total investment of more than VND 30,000 billion (~USD 1.16 billion).

The project focuses on renovating, upgrading, and enhancing the value of the West Lake area, with a core component being the scenic lakeside traffic route of approximately 13.5 km, connecting Nguyen Dinh Thi, Trich Sai, Ve Ho, Nhat Chieu streets, and parts of Quang Ba, Quang Khanh, and Quang An areas. The main components include improvements to the traffic system, landscaping, green parks, public spaces, scenic bridges, pedestrian bridges, waterway terminals, and the “Greenway” corridor, while preserving the existing water surface of West Lake.

The project officially commenced on August 28, 2026, and the completion timeline has not yet been announced.
