The Saigon Lighthouse project is located at 448 Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Xom Chieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. It is developed by MHL Investment Joint Stock Company (a member of IMG Group), with a total investment of approximately VND 4 trillion (USD 160 million).

The project will be developed on a 5,593.9-square-meter site and comprises one 38-storey luxury residential tower with four basement levels and one six-storey townhouse/shophouse block, with a total gross floor area of approximately 50,000 square meters. The development will offer high-end residential units combined with commercial and service spaces, featuring panoramic views of the Saigon River, Thu Thiem New Urban Area, and Bach Dang Wharf. The project also incorporates an automated parking system to optimize space utilization and enhance operational efficiency.

Construction officially commenced on 7 July 2026, while the project completion date has not yet been announced.
