The Social Housing Apartment Project within the Khai Vy Residential and Mixed-use Commercial Area is located on Dao Tri Street, Phu Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and is invested by Khai Thinh Real Estate Joint Stock Company.

The project is developed on a land area of 5,174 m², consisting of one 21-storey tower with one basement, providing 324 social housing apartments.

The project was groundbroken on November 25, 2025, and is expected to be completed in Q2/2028.
